Soy- Lindsay Stephens
I honestly don't eat a lot of foods that have soy in it. I know a lot of people that drink soy milk, which is better than regular milk. Although I hear soy milk is nasty, it is healthier for you. I think that it's good if you want to drink or eat with more soy in it. Soy provides a good source of protein. People eat products with more soy in it because it helps lower your cholesterol and prevents different types of cancer. It also has fiber, and vitamin B. As far as I know, soy is quite healthy.
